Nike (Greek) or Victoria (Roman) is the goodess of victory.  Often the companion of Athena/Minerva, she would fly over battlefields and hand out laurel victory wreaths.

While the most common portrayal of Nike/Victoria is as "Winged Victory," she can also be depited in her chariot.
